Baked Beans -Fessler’s Style

    1 Can Pork and Beans
    Two Slices Bacon
    ¼ Cup Chopped Onion
    1-1/2 Tablespoons Fessler’s Original Sauce
    1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
    ½ Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
    Cook 2 slices of bacon till crisp. Remove bacon, reserving the drippings in the pan. Drain and crumble bacon, set bacon aside. Cook onion in reserved dripping till tender. Stir in one can pork and beans in tomato sauce. Place into a small casserole dish, Bake uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours. After removing beans from oven, stir and top with bacon. Makes 3 servings
      To make 6 servings, double all ingredients.

      Fessler’s Smoked White Fish Dip

      Fessler's White Fish Dip


        Smoked White Fish, approx. 1/4 lb,
        4 oz. Cream Cheese
        1/3 Jar Mezzetta Brand-Roasted Red Peppers & Caramelized Onions-chopped
        1 Tbs. Fessler’s Original Sauce + some for top
        Green onion sliced thin for garnish (the green part)


        Debone white fish carefully and place most of it in a bowl with the softened cream cheese. Reserve some for top.
        Chop roasted peppers and onions, add half to bowl and reserve half for garnish.
        Add 1 Tbs. of Fessler’s to the bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
        Slice green onions for garnish.
        Place on serving plate and garnish with reserved white fish, roasted peppers, scallions and top with more Fessler’s to taste.
        Serve with crackers of your choice, or vegetables.

      Makes your BLT Perfect!


      • Bread-Toasted
      • Beefsteak Tomato sliced
      • Lettuce Leaves-Rinsed and dried
      • Bacon-Fried and placed on paper towel
      • Mayonnaise
      • Fessler’s Original Sauce


      Fry your bacon to the doneness that you desire. Place on paper towel to absorb excess grease. Place bread in the toaster and toast lightly. Meanwhile, slice tomato and rinse lettuce and pat with paper towel to dry. When toast is ready, place 2 slices of toast on plate. Spread mayonnaise on one slice and spread Fessler’s Original Sauce on the other. Place tomato, bacon and lettuce on one of the slices of toast. Top with the other slice of toast. Press together. Cut if desired and enjoy!
